Mr. Romero previously served as CFO of Compañía Minera Aguilar, Group CFO & General Manager of Interoil Norway, CFO of Tenute del Mondo Holding (the wine division of SPI Group), CFO & Estate Director at Achaval Ferrer S.A., and Finance Manager at Supercanal S.A.

Mr. Romero is a Certified Public Accountant from the National University of Cuyo – Mendoza, holds an MBA from the Catholic University of Córdoba – Mendoza, and has completed the Executive Finance Program at IAE Business School – Buenos Aires. He also holds a Specialization in Management Development (PDG) from McKenna School of Business – Saint Vincent College / ADEN – Mendoza.
