Ms. Marco currently serves as Legal Counsel at Integra Capital S.A., specializing in legal advisory for reorganizations, restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. She also heads the Legal, Institutional Relations, and Human Capital Management areas at Hidrocarburos del Norte S.A. Previously, she was an Associate at Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Ms. Marco holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Virginia School of Law.
