Deputy General Manager since January 2025. Mr. Miguel Angel Sanchez is an executive with extensive experience in the mining industry. He most recently served as General Manager of mining companies Lincuma and Norcobre, and previously held positions as Operations Manager at the El Roble Mine of Atico Mining Corporation in Colombia, and Project Manager at the Azulcocha and Esquilache mines of Vena Resources. He is currently a professor in the Master’s Program in Mining Management at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).

Mr. Sanchez holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA from INCAE Business School (Costa Rica) and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile).
