
Marcelo Alejandro Rufino
Director since May 2024. Mr. Rufino previously served as Clerk of the Commercial Court of First Instance, was a partner at Llerena & Asociados Abogados, and is currently a partner at the law firm Romero Carranza, Rufino & Monsegur. He was a member of the reform commission of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code created in 2019, and serves as an arbitrator for the Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
He is also a professor of Commercial Law at the University of Buenos Aires and at the University of Palermo. He specializes in corporate debt restructuring, acquisitions, and structuring of investment vehicles, representing companies, high-net-worth families, and entrepreneurs in both local and international transactions.
Mr. Rufino holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and pursued postgraduate studies including the Program of Instruction for Lawyers and the Negotiation Workshop at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, USA.
