Director and member of the Executive Committee from March 1996 to November 2023. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board, and from April 2010 until September 2023, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee. Mr. Picasso is also Chairman of the Board of Reactivos Nacionales S.A., and Vice Chairman of the Board of Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A. and Cosco Shipping Ports Chancay Perú S.A. He also serves as a Director of Bodegas Vista Alegre S.A., Compañía Minera Chungar S.A.C., the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE), and Cemento Polpaico S.A. (Chile). In addition, he is a member of the Chilean-Peruvian Business Council (CEChP).

Previously, he was Vice Chairman of the Board of Embotelladora Latinoamericana S.A.A. (Coca-Cola) and Director of Compañía Minera Atacocha S.A., EXSA S.A., Castrovirreyna Compañía Minera, Compañía Molinera del Perú S.A., La Fénix Peruana Insurance Company S.A., the Lima Stock Exchange, and Acción Comunitaria – ACP.
