Volcan has two clases of shares listed on the Lima Stock Exchange:
Volcan’s capital is represented by two clases of shares: A and B, which trade in the Lima Stock Exchange, the Santiago Stock Exchange, and the Madrid Stock Exchange’s Latibex segment.
Class A shares have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Class B shares do not have this right, but receive preferential dividends as compensation, among other differences.
