Ms. Com is a Lawyer from the University of Lima, holds a Master of Laws (LLM/K) from Northwestern University – School of Law (Chicago, Illinois), and has studied Finance and Corporate Law for Lawyers at the Escuela Superior de Administración de Negocios – ESAN.

Previously, she was the Deputy Corporate Legal Manager at Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A., a Partner in the Corporate and Insurance Area at Miranda & Amado Abogados, and an International Visiting Attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions and International Arbitration practices at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York Office).
